Whatever you're going through, you don't have to face it alone.
Meetings near you and online, all in one place.
Free, private, no sign-up.
These groups keep their own lists. Each link opens their official meeting finder.
That's completely okay. You don't need to be sure of anything to go to a meeting. You don't even need to say a word.
People sit together and take turns sharing what's helped them. You can just listen. Meetings are free, and nobody will ask for your full name.
Open meetings welcome anyone, including family, friends, or someone who's just curious. Closed meetings are for people who want help with that problem themselves.
Pick whatever feels closest. If it's not the right fit, the people there are usually happy to point you somewhere better.
Many people start online, with their camera off. Tap any topic above, then choose Online.
Lantern is free and always will be. It's made by The Spectrum Tech Engine to help people in Ireland and the UK find recovery meetings in one place.
No sign-up, no account. If you use your location, it stays on your phone and is only used to sort meetings by distance. Lantern never records which meetings or topics you look at.
Lantern does count how many times it's opened and shared, so we know it's helping. Those counts have no names and nothing about what you looked at or where you are.
Lantern reads the public meeting lists that fellowships publish, once a day. Lantern isn't part of, or endorsed by, any fellowship. Meetings can change, so please check the official listing before you travel.
